Terms of use

Terms and Conditions

Version 2026-08-27-v1 — last updated: 27 août 2026.

Parties and scope

These terms govern access to Esotool by the person or organisation holding the account (“the user”). The service is offered for professional activity. By creating an account, users confirm they act professionally and may bind their practice or organisation.

Service purpose

Esotool is online software for astrologers, tarot readers, and numerologists. It combines client and session management, analysis modules, reflective assistance, and personalised report preparation. Available features, technical limits, and quotas are those shown in the application and the beta programme to which the user is invited.

Acceptance and evidence

Access requires accepting the GDPR commitment on first use. By doing so and using the service, users accept these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Data Processing Agreement, which is an annex. Esotool records the accepted wording, version, date, and account ID as evidence.

Account and access

Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, close sessions on shared devices, promptly report suspected access, and use the service professionally. They remain responsible for data entered and their authority to process it, except for fraudulent use not attributable to them.

Complimentary beta access

Eligible accounts may receive free beta access until the date shown in settings. No card is required and no automatic charge occurs. Any extension is granted manually during the testing phase.

AI-generation credits

Beta access may include monthly AI or PDF generation credits. A credit is charged only for a successful generation as described in the application. Unused credits do not roll over unless the offer says otherwise. Quotas may protect service availability and control provider costs.

Practitioner client data

The practitioner is controller for client data and must have a valid legal basis, provide required information, limit collection, manage retention and rights, and authorise practice users appropriately. Esotool processes this data under the Data Processing Agreement.

Symbolic content and assisted features

Calculations, readings, interpretations, and AI-assisted text are reflective and symbolic aids. They do not replace medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other regulated professional advice. Users must review, contextualise, and correct outputs before using or communicating them and remain responsible for professional decisions.

Prohibited uses

  • unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, abusive, or rights-infringing use;
  • entering data without authority or excessive sensitive or criminal-offence data;
  • attempting to bypass security, quotas, access controls, or technical limits;
  • automated extraction, resale, reverse engineering, interference, or harmful code except where law expressly permits;
  • presenting symbolic or generated material as a guaranteed fact or regulated diagnosis.

Intellectual property

Esotool, its interface, software, branding, and original content are protected. Access grants a limited, personal, non-transferable professional-use right for the access period. Users retain rights in content they provide and grant Esotool only the rights needed to operate the service.

Confidentiality and security

Each party protects confidential information using appropriate care. Users are responsible for their devices, access practices, and authorised users. Esotool applies proportionate technical and organisational security measures described in the privacy documents.

Availability and changes

Esotool aims for reliable availability but may suspend service for maintenance, security, emergencies, or events outside reasonable control. Features may evolve; changes that materially reduce the available beta features will be communicated appropriately.

End of access and data return

Users can export client records during access and delete records or the full account using the available controls. At termination, active data is returned or deleted under the available process and documented instructions, subject to legal retention and isolated backup rotation. Users should export needed data before access ends.

Liability

Each party is liable for direct loss caused by its breach, subject to mandatory law. Esotool is not responsible for professional choices, unreviewed outputs, unlawful data supplied by a user, third-party outages outside reasonable control, or indirect loss where exclusion is permitted. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

Terms may change with the service, providers, or law. Material changes are announced appropriately and may require renewed acceptance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where legally permitted.

Governing law and disputes

Belgian law applies, without depriving a party of mandatory protections. The parties first seek an amicable solution; competent Belgian courts hear unresolved disputes subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules. Questions or complaints can be sent through the Contact page.
